When is it Possible to Get a Refund?

If you encounter any technical issues with ARMember, our support team is happy to assist you. They are adept at resolving most issues promptly.

If ARMember does not fully meet your needs, you have the option to request a refund within 14 days of purchase. As ARMember is a digital, non-revocable product, we follow a clear 14-day refund policy. You are most welcome to share the product feedback with us as it helps us work on improvements with every release.

Circumstances Where ARMember Refund Policy is not Applicable

After 14 Days: Refund requests beyond 14 days from the purchase date cannot be processed.

Repeat Purchases: A refund will not be issued if it has been already granted for the same product in the past or if it is a repeat purchase of the product.

Suspicious Activity: To ensure fairness, refund requests cannot be processed if activities such as unauthorized file sharing or bulk downloads are detected.

Non-Refundable Items

Kindly note that upgrades and renewals are not eligible for any refunds. A buyer must understand this before making a purchase.

Steps after the Refund is Granted

Once your refund is granted, you must agree to immediately deactivate and uninstall the Plugin from your site.

The refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team. ARMember reserves the right to take the final call on all refund requests.
